Thanks. I was getting stuck at "initializing download".. I guess I should have mentioned that but i was so mad! I fixed it by turning off my adblocker, then wah lah!

Use avidemux to covert video to HEVC (x265). If it has subtitles I use MKVToolNix for that.

Many company policies suck, where they straight up lie (e.g. cable companies). TIP: When you do business (negotiate) over the phone, tell them "this conversation is being recorded".. Even if you don't record, they will tend to start telling the truth, yet don't expect to get any so-called deals that way.
