Audio is really poor on this for some reason. Hope you guys will do an encode with a better source when available.

Yeah, the audio mix isn't right. I can't say how it sounds on a surround system, but on my two-speaker system (on which 5.1 normally sounds great via VLC's automatic mix-down) the sound on this file keeps bouncing from speaker to speaker.
It's definitely this encode; the source video's audio is fine.
