In order to properly encode from web sources, the original codec architecture is often dependent on the method used to encode. For example, if you're familiar with older block-based codecs, then you know H.264 uses macro blocks, yet sometimes you can get unwanted artifacts around the edges of that block. Yet with x265 encoded from 1080p and above, it might look worse than the source compression used, being that Amazon is now streaming at 15.6 Mbps. Therefore, with those, it's best to have the build number automatically appended to the function name via macros. This ties the encoder application to a particular binary API version of the x265 rendering setting (the one you compile against). Yet being that some sources are questionable, if you later attempt to encode with a different API version, the process can fail. Thus, it's often safer to render these larger files, that is if you care about quality, ha.

Atoz - Well, it may not be a proper elucidation, yet it's conventionally nascent, in that it's plausibly spurious. Regardless, based on my allegorical analysis of such synergy, I've established that convoluted conjecture does well to thwart most counterarguments.
