If you Google for the title, you will see that there are 3 versions of TOKAREV 2014 released by BITO.

Tokarev 2014 HDRip x264 AAC - BiTo 751.64 MB
Tokarev 2014 GERMAN 720p BRRip x264 AC3 - BiTo 1.7 GB
Tokarev 2014 GERMAN BRRip x264 AAC - BiTo 793.74 MB

I don't know how the file above could have a size of 833MB.

Tokarev 2014 720p BRRip x264 AC3-MiLLENiUM is in English and is pretty nice quality for both

Depends on which "MB" you use.
The binary MB (MiB) is 2e20=1048576
The decimal MB is 1000000

So 793.74 MiB = 832296714 bytes

So this matches "Tokarev 2014 GERMAN BRRip x264 AAC - BiTo"

One wonders why someone removed the word "German" from the title, as it's pretty damn important.

You're probably right. I assumed the size they state here is the video, but it's actually the archive size.
