There's no such thing as 5.1 line if its 5.1 it has to be studio audio from and WEB-DL , Bluray or DVD if not its just an upmix fake 5.1 , WEBiOS is studio audio, just were it was not US iTunes , Its iTunes Singapore it only contains 2.0 stereo English.

Most likely you will see 1080p WEB-DL in 2 more days that's when it gets an US iTunes release and Bluray by the scene is not far off after that.
