Should be stereo based of scene release https://scene-rls.net/the-gun-runners-1958-1080p-bluray-x264-yify/ Both the 720P and 1080P have no comments about issues as this reply.

Update on sound issue,

File's codec info says stereo but is only a the left channel

If I switch it to "right channel only" in VLC I get nothing (no audio) , If switched to "left Channel only ( same sound) as the stereo setting is going only to the left speaker.
