It's always amazing to me when people completely mess up a rip and instead of redoing it just say screw it, put it out anyway. This is a ridiculously bad, wrongly forced 4:3 aspect ratio. Messing around in VLC I think it's supposed to be 2.35:1 but don't hold me to it. Obviously a quick fix if you're going to be watching it at your PC, but if you wanted to watch it on your living room TV instead you're going to have to totally redo it in handbrake or something first.

Hi, d4ftcrunk. You dont have to reencode video. If your TV can play MKV, use mkvtoolnix and just set the correct Aspect Ratio. Easy to use. I think even hanbrake can do the same for MP4. Just copy videotrack and set the AR. Videohelp.com has tons of free tools and the forum. Most TVs support settings for AR too.
