To watch it you need a 3DTV with a native resolution of 4K UHD. I doubt at 8.85 GiB for 12m:14s, 2160p will ever be very poplar on the internet .

They been developing it since 2008 , IBM T221 22.2" 3840x2400 LCD Monitor is like a $1000 used lol you can get a TV cheaper to play it than a Monitor .

No they been devolving it much longer than 2008 that IBM Monitor is from 2003 and a $1000 used, a new ASUS PQ321Q 31.5-Inch 4K Monitor will cost you like $3000 new , But you can find TV for it as cheap as $500 new
