This is not a very good Rip. The upper and lower parts of the pic are stationary while the middle section wobbles and flickers badly.

This is only partially true , its according to the source they used , if its a VODRip like this h.264 is not going help it none h.264 rips or Xvid its still going look like crap .

Sometimes P2P groups re-encodes Xvid in to x264 , the original always looks better than the re-encode .

If its a small FLV File from some site and they change container to mkv or mp4 and post it here witch they done before and xvid rip done from a real source is going look better .

FLV is also H264
