This release also cuts off same as the 480p. Seems the TBS 720p WEB is corrupt and in need of a proper.

Which link did you download from?

I use Potplayer and rarely if ever have an issue with it. The main thing that led me to this conclusion though was that two separate videos both played out the same way at around the same time. I was later after rechecking able to stream the 480p version though which points to the source video not being corrupted and possibly being a download issue, ie, part of the video becoming corrupted in the download process. That leaves the question is it a general download issue or an issue on my end that occurred in that specific time window of testing both 720p sourced videos.

Either way. The 1080p WEB worked fine for me and so it's not that big of a deal. Just passing along the info for anyone else that could run into the same problem.
