All of these uploads using the original Jive source are sus.
The frame rate is wrong at 29.970 fps and appear to be a bit choppy when played back.
I'm going to wait for more of the RAWR source releases that are 25 fps and playback is smooth.

All the files other than RAWR are sourced from PBS so the frame rate is for North America's tv systems. Hence 29.970 instead of the UK/AU 25FPS.

I'd really love to believe that. However, right now I'm watching S09 MADSKY releases. There is a brief PBS intro followed by the Masterpiece intro. That's exactly how these S10s begin. The frame rate is 25 fps and these S09s look perfect. If these S10s are reformatted for NTSC it's not a perfect conversion. Maybe they look Okay OTA. The 7VFr33104D (I believe) releases look a bit choppy to me.
