Even though this copy 1280x720 It still don't have the full picture .

Because it was done from 1080p with the wrong res 1912 wiide that should been 1920 you cant take something thats not correct to begin with and make it correct.

I cant find the 720p release to this Fleming.The.Man.Who.Would.Be.Bond.Part.3.720p.HDTV.x264-BATV
So guess I just watch
Fleming.The.Man.Who.Would.Be.Bond.Part.3.HDTV.x264-BATV so i can get the full picture

That's not correct!
WEB-DL source is "1912x1072". both width and height is 8 pixels(one 8 modulus) less that 1080p standard, but it's not like it's cropped or something. it's just has slightly less resolution. everything is fine and it has "the full picture".

Normal Bluray 1080p is 1920x1080

Normal WeB-DL is 1914x1074

The WEB-DL for this is just 1912x1072

Normal 720p Bluray is 1280x720

Normal 720p WEB-DL is 1280x718

720p of this is just 960x718 that's really messed up.

When I see WEB-DL that was aired on BBC I never watch always the wrong RES! it I always watch the 1280x720p HD TV from the scene . I dont like downloading over 1.40 GB for a 45 min show.

This showed Aired on BBC America so it had watermarks on the HDTV version, But most shows from BBC come from the UK and they never have watermarks most are better quality than the WEB-DL is and the right RES always.
