"WEB" usually means Webrip.
Some webrips aren't bad.
Netflix and Amazon shows are always webrips and IMHO very watchable.
As long as it's not a webrip with a logo at the bottom I'd be tempted to watch a webrip if a WEB-DL isn't available.
Of course some rippers don't know what they're doing and a webrip can play back choppy which IMHO makes it unwatchable.
I've never heard of the Scene group--HatchetGear so I don't know if their webrips are good or not.
