Just as an FYI... the carpet doesn't match the drapes on this one - the movie card and the description are for a Korean film called 'Arahan'... (sounds like a fun one, too)

The actual download appears to be a film called 'Arodan'. (The title screen translates this as 'Fool's Errand') and it is very definitely NOT Korean. It appears to be from a sub-Saharan African nation of some stripe -

I haven't watched all of it yet, but it is interesting - just not what I was expecting.
