1. Wrong. UploadRocket is free.
2. Openload has a max file size of 1 GB, unless the uploader lets them do a crappy conversion.

You're still learning. It's better to ask questions than to make assumptions.
1. You can manually make UploadRocket pick up where it left off, or you can use JDownloader to do it for you.
2. It's not dead. It doesn't exist. There's sometimes a glitch in the upload process. The script doing the uploading never gets a code for the file. So, the variable that handles the code remains undefined. That's the 'undef' at the end of the link. You're right that ultimately the effect is the same.
