You could have provided a bit more info., such as which host you tried, but I KNOW, because it happens ALL THE TIME with OpenLoad when the file is uploaded with the option to stream. Did you notice the ".mkv.mp4" at the end of the file, it was converted to mp4 for streaming.

JUST TRY ANOTHER HOST, when this happens, there are five others to chose from.
