What is the point of the closed captioning when it is riddled with errors, doesn't keep pace with what is on screen and sometimes displays in an instant rendering it impossible to read? Why does the text have to be so large and in all caps? Is it captured that way, or is someone inserting this during preparation? No offense to those that are hearing impaired, although I would think they would find it equally annoying, but why can we not have a version without the captioning at the 720 resolution? At least label it as closed caption, so that one can decide beforehand whether to download or avoid?
