RMZ re-encodes 720p only if they have a 720p source. Here, YTS is a x264 re-encode, not the source webrip, so it's not used.

That's the very problem with 720p HEVC encodes of RMTEAM. They use 720p sources which is wrong and results in lower image quality and unavailability of RMTEAM's 720p HEVC encodes since 720p sources aren't always available.

RMTEAM should use the same 1080p source for its 720p HEVC encodes.

As far as I know, it takes more time / resourses when encode 720p HEVC from 1080p source...
