I tried to "find out" who is behind 480p MSD encodes, asking several times in TorrentDay forums, but goit no answer. For me 480p mSD is a kinf of robot job - automated process from picking the shows, through the encoding and till the uploading...
Anyway, I'm aware that someone had set the initial settings, but don't know how to find him or whom to address it?!

Why don't you just buy a media player for all those mkv's, as they play basically anything except x265 & who cares about those yet

HEVC has been around since 2013 so you guys can stop pretending like it's some new format that technology hasn't caught up with yet. Most TVs, phones, computers and tablets can play x256 or have a compatible player like VLC available to use on them.

What you mean is "I can play it and anyone who cant is a loser".

I watch TV shows on my TV. I have a media player, one year old. It can play MPEG, XVID. X264. RM. Not x265. And there are no upgrades.
In a few years, maybe x265 will be better supported. Now, its a pain in the arse and I'm heartily sick of its fanboys telling me how great it is.

I am with TomMix on this one and the reason it is not on all devices is because x265 is not properly standardized yet, give it another couple of years.
