Eps 1 and 2 were aired back to back. Some cappers released the whole thing as ep 1, which is incorrect and causing the confusion. You should be able to tell by file sizes which these are. No eps are missing.

It still makes no sense that E2 and E3 are the same. If episodes 1 and 2 were the same then it would make sense. Besides they are all 22 min episodes so 2 episodes can't be joined back to back. Someone just made a mistake that needs to be corrected. Episode 3 is just a copy of Episode 2. Maybe there are only 4 episodes total ?
