We don't need no stinking quality!
Not true nexus_shadow I remux mkv files all the time to remove subtitles or second audio tracks and even to split the files. Been doing it for years and never had a problem.
I use MKVMerge and if you're having problems maybe it's your software. MKVMerge is free so give it a try.
If the problem you're talking about is specific to this encode then blame the encoder FWOLF I'm sure they'll rush out a new encode right away for you.
