Main differences are

1. Video Stream encoding parameter CRF value used by RmTeam is CRF=25 whereas JTT used CRF=23.

2. JTT used untouched Dolby AC-3 5.1 stream @384kbps/CBR/48khz from source file and RMTeam use AAC-LC/2CH/CBR/48khz.

90% of size difference goes to audio stream. If you are a fan of 5.1 audio, JTT will suit you.
